Santo Domingo, RD El alcalde de Santo Domingo Norte, Carlos Guzmán, entregó este jueves 27 cheques a los ingenieros y arquitectos de ese municipio que ganaron en el sorteo de obras que realizó la Alcaldía el pasado 16 de marzo, para construir la misma cantidad de proyecto del Presupuesto Participativo por un monto total de 58 millones 352 mil 732. 79 pesos.
Las 27 obras que serán construidas por igual número de ingenieros y arquitectos, van a beneficiar a ciudadanos en las diferentes comunidades de la zona urbana y rural de Santo Domingo Norte.
Entre las obras a realizar hay reparación de vivienda, construcción de cancha deportiva, colocación de transformadores e iluminación, saneamiento de cañada, construcción de parques, mini acueducto, construcción de aceras y contenes, entre otros proyectos que beneficiarán a miles de habitantes de los 27 sectores beneficiados con este primer sorteo.
Al hacer entrega de los cheques en presencia de los 27 presidentes de Junta de Vecinos de los sectores beneficiado, en un acto celebrado en la explanada frontal de la Alcaldía, el alcalde Carlos Guzmán, reiteró a los profesionales de la ingeniería y arquitectura a construir obras de calidad para garantizar la transformación local y, que tanto él como el Comité de Seguimiento, regidores y comunitarios se mantendrán vigilantes para que la obras sean de calidad y asegurar una buena inversión de los fondos público.
“Los 27 ingenieros que están aquí, yo espero que en el mes de noviembre ya haiga terminado todas su cubicaciones y estemos dándoles final de termino a esa 27 obras de las diferentes comunidades, para que ellos la reciban con logros porque la verdad hicieron un gran esfuerzos de manera activa. Tengo que decir que esa Comisión de Seguimiento jugó un papel fundamental junto a los presidentes y federación de juntas de vecinos”, manifestó Guzmán.
Anunció que hoy inicia la transformación de 27 comunidades de Santo Domingo Norte, así mismo, como transformó las principales avenidas de esa demarcación, fiscalizando cada proyecto que se ejecute.
Guzmán hace entrega de los cheques en el marco de la semana aniversario del primer año de gestión y en cumplimiento a la ley 170-07 de Presupuesto Participativo Municipal y 340-06 de Compras y Contrataciones Públicas.
La Alcaldía informó que los sectores beneficiados fueron publicados en el portal de transparencia (alcaldiasdn.gob.do) con su partida presupuestaria, tipo de obras a ejecutar y el oferente a cargo.
En la actividad estuvieron presentes Wilma Lozano, coordinadora técnica región Ozama de Fedomu, Sergia Santiago, facilitadora del PPM región Ozama, Sonia Arroyo, presidenta del nucleo del Codia en SDN, Eufania Fany, coordinadora del Comité de Seguimiento, Desiderio Muñoz, presidente del Consejo de Regidores y Santo Rodriguez, director de Presupuesto Participativo de la Alcaldía, el jurídico Marcelo Heredia, el director financiero, Dionicio Martínez, el admnistrativo, Franklin Salazar.
